1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Root Cause Academy (“RCA,” “Program,” or “Course”), you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “You”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Your use of the Program materials, community spaces, coaching sessions, and Kajabi platform indicates your acceptance of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

2. Program Description

Root Cause Academy is an educational program focused on:

  • mind-body medicine

  • emotional and somatic healing

  • IFS/parts work

  • ACIM-inspired concepts

  • Peter Crone–style mindset work

  • trauma-informed education

  • chronic illness + dysregulation support

  • metabolic and nervous system education

It is designed for informational, educational, and self-development purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This Program does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or personalized medical advice.

  • Sarah Campbell is functioning as an educator and coach in this context, not as your doctor, clinician, or medical provider.

  • Participation does not establish a patient-doctor or therapist-client relationship.

  • Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to medications, supplements, or treatment plans.

You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental health during and after the Program.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

This Program is not appropriate for individuals who:

  • are in active psychiatric crisis

  • have untreated severe mental health conditions

  • require a higher level of medical or therapeutic care

You are responsible for assessing whether the Program is appropriate for your personal needs.

5. Payment + Billing

By purchasing RCA, you agree to:

  • provide accurate payment information

  • pay the listed price in full or through an approved payment plan

If you select a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of your level of participation.

  • Missed payments may result in removal from the Program until payment is resolved.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and experiential nature of the Program, and because you receive immediate access to proprietary material, all sales are final.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after purchase will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, audio, worksheets, guides, text, somatic practices, scripts, frameworks, and coaching methods—are the intellectual property of Sarah Campbell.

You agree not to:

  • copy

  • share

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • modify

  • teach

  • repurpose

  • or claim the material as your own

You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own educational use only.

8. Community Conduct

RCA includes group spaces, comment threads, or live sessions. You agree to:

  • maintain confidentiality of what is shared by other participants

  • treat others with respect

  • refrain from harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines, without refund.

9. No Guarantees

This Program teaches transformational concepts and tools, but results vary by individual.

We do not guarantee:

  • symptom resolution

  • income or business outcomes

  • relationship outcomes

  • psychological transformation

  • disease reversal

  • any specific personal results

Your progress depends on your unique history, health, participation, and personal application of tools.

10. Personal Responsibility + Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are voluntarily engaging in somatic, emotional, and identity-based practices

  • these practices may bring up physical or emotional sensations

  • you are solely responsible for pacing yourself, modifying practices, or discontinuing if needed

You assume full responsibility for your well-being and safety during the Program.

11. Technology + Access

Access to RCA is hosted on Kajabi.
We are not responsible for:

  • platform outages

  • login issues due to user error

  • third-party service failures

  • internet connectivity problems

Access is granted for the lifetime of the Program, meaning for as long as RCA is available and supported on Kajabi.

12. Termination of Access

We may remove your access—without refund—if you:

  • violate intellectual property rights

  • harass or harm other participants

  • engage in illegal behavior

  • misuse the materials

  • fail to complete payment obligations

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in Hawaii (or the state you prefer—if you'd like me to change this, just tell me).

14. Disclaimers

You acknowledge:

  • the Program is educational only

  • the Instructor does not promise healing or outcomes

  • results are not guaranteed

  • you are responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations

This Program is not a substitute for individualized medical care, therapy, or crisis services.
