For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with feeling good and looking good.
Honestly, those two things are responsible for almost every health decision I've made over the last 14 years.
I started working in alternative health when I was 19 years old. Since then I've earned degrees in Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Naturopathic Medicine, spent over a decade helping thousands of women heal, and tried just about every supplement, protocol, peptide, skincare treatment, wellness trend, and biohack imaginable.
And after all these years, I've learned something surprisingly simple:
The women who feel the best in their bodies are rarely the women doing the most.
They're the women whose bodies feel supported.
Because while I love supplements, peptides, skincare, strength training, and all the practical tools that help us feel strong, energized, and vibrant, some of the biggest shifts in my own health had nothing to do with finding the perfect protocol.
They came from addressing the chronic stress I was carrying every day.
The people pleasing, perfectionism, over-functioning, being in relationships that didn't feel safe.
The ways I was constantly abandoning myself in order to maintain approval, avoid conflict, or keep the peace.
I realized there were moments where I was spending hundreds of dollars a month trying to optimize my health while simultaneously living in ways that kept my nervous system stuck in survival mode.
And no supplement in the world can fully out-supplement chronic self-abandonment.
At the same time, I don't believe it's one or the other.
I think we can care about nervous system healing and glowing skin.
We can care about emotional health and body composition.
We can care about self-worth and peptides.
We can care about healing and hotness.
Because the deepest transformations happen when we stop separating the physical from the emotional and start supporting both.
Your nervous system impacts your hormones.
Your relationships impact your inflammation.
Your emotional world impacts your physiology.
Everything is connected.
And that's exactly what this course is about.

In this module, I'm sharing my favorite supplements, peptides, skincare, beauty treatments, recovery tools, wellness products, and the things I personally believe are worth investing in after 14 years in the health world.

I have devoted my entire existence to learning about all of the different expressions and modalities of medicine. After completing my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition & Biology, I went on to pursue a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture and a Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine but my work has evolved far beyond protocols and prescriptions.
After healing from my own autoimmune condition, I began to see that many women were doing everything “right” — diets, supplements, treatments — yet still felt stuck in cycles of fatigue, inflammation, and dysregulation.
My work now focuses on the deeper root causes of chronic illness: nervous system patterns, suppressed emotion, identity, and the unconscious ways we learn to live in survival mode.
Through my programs and content, I guide women back into their bodies, helping them build safety, resilience, and trust from within — so healing is no longer something they chase, but something their system allows.
I am the founder of Root Cause Academy and have built an online community of over 170,000 women drawn to my depth, honesty, and ability to put words to what so many feel but cannot explain.
